The Ground Under the Work
Rankin Park Plumbing Co works a suburb laid out as the Cambridge Hills Estate, where brick homes from the 1970s onward follow the ridge down into the gullies. Census figures count 99.2 per cent of homes as separate houses, each with its own sewer and stormwater run.
The ground shapes the jobs. Reactive clay over shale swells and shrinks with the seasons, the blocks fall steeply, and the oldest houses still drain through clay and earthenware. Two bushland reserves border the suburb, close enough for roots to reach those pipes.
What Holds on Every Job
The phone is answered at any hour: Available 24/7. It costs nothing to get us out to your door (excluding after-hours).
We provide up-front, honest quotes that will always match the final price, should you decide to go ahead. And each job, from a tap washer to a relined sewer, carries our 365-day warranty on all work.
Steve noticed the quote part:
"Not only all of that but the job came in right on quote." Steve
Where the Run Reaches
Four main services. Any-hour emergencies such as a split hose or a sewer backing up. Drain clearing and repair, with the camera before and after. Hot water systems of every fuel type. Gas fitting work on appliances and leaks.
Four more on their own pages. Tracing hidden water leaks, rentals and strata, guards for leafy gutters and plumbing for businesses.
Three neighbouring suburbs. Elermore Vale, Cardiff Heights and New Lambton Heights are covered too. Booking details are on the contact page.
